The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of such cancellations, fees paid by participants will be refunded in full. Participants will be notified of such cancellations and may opt to transfer their payment and participation to the next available date for such event. Confirmation of any such transfer is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
