Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) for applicable processing.
Our Services are generally intended for professional or general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where local law requires). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Some Wealth Arbiter content is designed for families and may be child-focused (for example, educational stories, activities, or tools intended to be used by a parent/guardian together with a child). However, our Services are designed so that children do not create accounts and do not submit personal information.
A) Parent/guardian-only participation
- Only parents/guardians (or adults) may sign up, subscribe, purchase, or contact us.
- We may collect information from adults as described in this Privacy Policy, but we do not intend to collect personal information directly from children.
B) No child accounts, profiles, or direct submissions
At this time, we do not allow:
- Child user accounts or child profiles
- Children to submit personal information through forms, comments, chats, or community features
- Uploads or sharing of children’s content (including photos, videos, voice recordings, drawings, assignments, or documents)
- Public posting or community sharing of children’s work
C) If a child’s information is sent to us
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age threshold where local law requires). If we learn that we have received personal information from a child (for example, if an adult submits it in a message or form), we will take steps to delete it or de-identify it as soon as reasonably practicable.
D) Parent/guardian requests
Parents/guardians can contact us to request deletion of any child-related personal information that may have been submitted to us unintentionally.

E) Safety note for families
Please do not submit any sensitive information about a child through our forms or support channels (including precise location, school details, medical information, identification numbers, or images/audio).
Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data, biometric identifiers) unless we explicitly request it for a specific purpose with appropriate safeguards.
We may use automation or AI tools to support customer service, content drafting, learning personalization, analytics, and security. We do not intend to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing without appropriate safeguards, where such restrictions apply.
Our sites may include embedded content (e.g., podcast players, videos) or links to third parties. Those third parties may collect data under their own privacy policies. Review their policies before using those services.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified via the website or email where appropriate.
