  4. Public Seminars and Events – Full refund (subject to the deduction of any transfer costs or processing charges) within 5 days of purchase and before 10 days to the event date. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund but this may be subject to oursole discretion. If the event is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund within 15-days of the cancellation.
